Customize saved web page list

  1. Select the Internet Navigator tab.
  2. How?

  3. Select a web page folder in the Navigator treeview to display a list of web pages in the task pane.
  4. On the View menu click Properties.
  5. - or -

    Right-click on the task pane and then, on the popup menu, click Properties.

    - or -

    Click Properties on the task toolbar.

  6. Click the Columns tab.
  7. Select the columns you want to display in the web page list.
    1. Click Add to add new columns.
    2. Click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of the columns.
    3. Tip  Click Delete to remove a column.

      Tip  Click Default to reset the columns to their original order.

  8. Click the Group tab.
  9. Specify the way the rows should be grouped.
    1. Click Add to specify the group column.
    2. Tip  Click Delete to remove the group column.

      Note  The web page list can't have more than one group column.

  10. Click the Sort tab.
  11. Specify the sort order of the recipe list.
    1. Click Add to add a new sort key.
    2. Click Ascending box to toggle between ascending and descending order.
    3. Click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of the sort keys.
    4. Tip  Click Delete to remove a sort key.

      Note  There is no limit to the number of sort keys you can use.

  12. Click the Display tab.
  13. Specify the display settings for the web page list.
    1. Select the web page list display settings.
    2. Tip  Click Default to restore the default settings.

  14. Click the Print tab.
  15. Specify the print settings for the web page list.
    1. Under Page Heading select Default or Custom depending on whether you want the default page heading or a custom page heading.
    2. Click Display column headings if you want column headings to appear on your printout.
    3. Enter the number of columns you want to print in the Number of columns to print box.
    4. Select Only print selected rows if you only want to print the selected row.
  16. Click OK.

Note  The web page list properties are saved in the Windows registry so your web page list will have the same properties the next time you run Living Cookbook.
